At 10×10 the Queens puzzle starts to push back. Regions sprawl across more of the board, and you will regularly need second-order reasoning: noticing that a region is confined to a single row or column, and using that fact to eliminate squares elsewhere. Typical solve times run from three to eight minutes depending on the layout.
This is the size where disciplined X-marking pays off. Every time you place a queen, cross out its row, column, region, and the ring of touching squares before doing anything else. The forced placements that crack the puzzle are much easier to see on a board that is honestly marked.
